San Francisco-based photographer Shaun Roberts will unveil his first exhibition this Saturday at Hashimoto Contemporary unified under the banner "Ground of Being". Seven years in the making, this exhibit focuses on his studio visits with artists from coast to coast thereby capturing his subjects in their most private and creative moments. “The artist’s studio space is a beautiful reflection of who the person is", states Roberts. "You get to see all the ingredients and base elements of the persons inner life laid bare before it gets woven into a cohesive, focused piece of art.
