Sneak Peek: Ayumi Takahashi @ Duplex Gallery
This Thursday, Duplex Gallery will unveil new work from Portland based artist Ayumi Takahashi entitled 'I, you, me'. The exhibit includes nine acrylic and gouache paintings along with numerous postcard size portraits on paper all highlighting Takahashi's bold and colorful aesthetic. Born in China and raised in Japan, Takahashi has also resided in California and London where she attended the Art Center Collage of Design and Central Saint Martins respectively.
